What is Coaching?
Coaching is very different from other modalities such as mentoring or therapy.

Mentoring is having a role model that shows you how to do something for example training for a marathon. All the steps that would go into training for a marathon. A therapist often focuses on exploring the past and healing from deep-seated trauma or mental illness.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coach does not use their personal experience to help the client. Coaches partner with the client to help move them in a forward direction. I help with visioning, living in the present, and finding the right solutions specific to each individual. We together create a powerful and lasting change in your life.
